Ingredients
- 12 Frescados Taco Style Flour Tortillas (6 inch)
- 6 hot dogs, cooked
- 1 cup Tex-Mex shredded cheese
- ½ cup queso or cheese sauce
- Crema or sour cream garnish
- Green onion stalk diced for garnish
Preparation
- Cook the hot dogs as desired.
- Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Heat to medium-high heat.
- Place a tortilla on the skillet to lightly toast it and sprinkle with 2-3 Tbsp cheese.
- Lay another tortilla over the first and cook for a minute until the cheese begins to melt.
- Place a hot dog in the center and top with 2 Tbsp queso.
- Wrap tortilla around the hot dog and flip seam side down, so that the edges are pressed onto the skillet, and cook for another minute.
- Serve with crema and green onion.
