Creamy Air-Fried Cinnamon Tortilla Roll-Ups with Orange Chocolate Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- Roll-Ups:
- 1 cup whipped cream cheese
- 2 tbsp confectioners’ (icing) sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 Frescados Taco Style Tortillas (6 inches)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- Orange Chocolate Dipping Sauce:
- 1 tbsp freshly grated orange zest
- 1/3 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
- 6 oz semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
Preperation
- Roll-Ups: In medium bowl, stir together whipped cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar and vanilla.
- Spread 1 heaping tablespoon cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving 1/4-inch border around edges. Roll up each tortilla tightly into a cigar shape.
- In shallow bowl, stir together granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Brush roll-ups with melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- In batches, arrange roll-ups in air-fryer basket. Cook, turning halfway through the cook time, for 10 to 12 minutes or until toasted, golden brown all over.
- Orange Chocolate Dipping Sauce: Meanwhile, in small saucepan set over medium heat, heat orange zest and orange juice until simmering. Remove from heat. Add chocolate; let stand for 1 minute. Whisk until smooth then whisk in butter until incorporated.
- Serve roll-ups with warm orange chocolate sauce for dipping.
Tip: Alternatively, bake roll-ups on parchment paper–lined baking sheet in preheated 350°F oven until golden brown and toasted.
