Baked Chicken Chimichangas

Ingredients

  • Six Frescados Carb Fit 2 Tortillas
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped chicken breast
  • 1-1/2 cups fresh salsa
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Preperation

Preheat oven to 375°. Combine chicken, 3/4 cup picante sauce, cheese, 1/4 cup onions, cumin and oregano. Add 1/2 cup mixture down the center of each tortilla. Fold sides and roll up, then place in a greased baking pan.

Bake until heated through, about 20 minutes. Top with salsa, onions and sour cream to taste.
